Membership
To join this site as an artist you must be over 18 years of age and a resident of the UK, Europe EU or USA, we do not accept agents or galleries working on your behalf, we will only accept individual artists who are representing themselves, the majority of artists on the site are based in Dorset, England or who work relates to Dorset.
Please provide accurate information regarding yourself.You must not impersonate any other person, or attempt to advertise work that is not your own or by its nature be a copy of any work deemed to have copyright or trademarked protection belonging to such.Any despute arising from above will result in your page and contents being removed from our site.
We reserve the right to decline any artists application or terminate an artists membership at any time (any unused portion of the fee with be refunded).
Payment
Payment for membership fees when joining the Web site are clearly indicated on the membership page and a downloadable file is available there.emails will be sent as your years membership comes up for renewal.
Online payments can be made by credit or debit card using the secure online payments system PayPal - www.paypal.co.uk,
emails from us and PayPal to confirm receipt of your order will be sent to you, you can also view the order in your PayPal account.
If you do not have an Paypal account and wish to pay by cheque please make payable to Topadu (Our company name) in Uk sterling pounds, send to: Topadu, 26 High Street,Wyke Regis Dorset,England DT4 9NZ

You will receive an email to confirm your order and receipt of your payment.
We reserve the right to change the Fees price.If this happens it will only affect you when renewal time comes. An email will be sent out notifying members if this happens.
Images
We reserve the right to not display any images or text that are not suitable for viewing by web users of all ages and nationalities, especially if nude figures feature in your work.
Cancellations
If after 30 days you are unhappy with your membership, you will be able to receive a full refund and have your page (and contents) removed from our site.
Your Membership Obligations
You as the The Artist agree to adhere to the following:
Photos of your artwork must be of good quality,and represent the actual work as realistically as possible, We will endeavour to enhance images sent to us for better viewing on the site, but are not responsible if the physical work differs greatly image used.We will not act on your behalf if a dispute between You and your buyer arises because of the image on your page is amisrepresention.
Please tell us if a work has sold or if artworks are no longer available.
Quality of Goods
In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, the 'Seller' must supply Goods which are of a satisfactory quality. This means Goods must be of a standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, the description of the goods, fitness for the purpose for which goods of the kind are supplied, and the appearance and finish, therefore the Seller will ensure that the Goods will correspond to the description given by the Seller at the time of despatch.
Rights of Service
You have right to amend the price any goods advertised on their gallery pages, or to remove any image you have displayed here at dorset-art.com at any time.
